We highly recommend to use among the residences suggested below, in that they are much cheaper than those in Daegu downtown and even higher in quality under the grandiose Biseul Mountain. There will be two big shuttle buses, regularly taking the conference participants to the downtown (and, to DGIST from the downtown) after the each end of official schedule of the conference days.

Common Notice

There are three large cafeterias visitors can use for meals (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner) inside the DGIST campus, the price of which ranges from \3,500 (about USD 3) ~ \5,000 (about USD 5)
Also, everybody can enjoy the cafes of a warm atmosphere and a family restaurant (OKON) in the campus
Many monetary transactions would be restricted to Korean Won, and thus all visitors are highly recommended to bring with enough Korean money (Within the Conference venue, there is a Daegu bank where you can exchange, say from USD to Korean Won, on condition that you are with own passport. It, however, may take ten or twenty minutes to exchange)
During the conference, there will be two shuttle buses that are to be operated every night. Therefore, after each day of the conference is finished, then all participants can enjoy the Daegu downtown life.
